Seeking a roommate to replace me in my home starting December 1st.I have been having financial issues and need to move somewhere more affordable for me.The house is a four bedroom two bathroom two story.There are currently two other girls living there not including me and will only be 3 roommates instead of 4 so there is in a extra bedroom for storage if necessary.The two roommates that will be living here are 19 and 20 yrs old and both in school.Big front and back yard.2 car garageTiled kitchen with marble counter topsWasher and dryer in the basementRent is 398 and after utilities/cable/water it is around 450The deposit will be paid to me since I already paid my deposit to the leasing company.I paid 398 but am only asking for 250 backIn a nice neighborhood just minutes from Horsetooth Reservoir and CSU StadiumMust like dogs and cats there is one dog and one cat living in this household.Preferably a female as both of the other tenants are females.Must enjoy being social partying easy-going and not obsessively clean
